What happens if I don't like any of the designs I receive?

If you can’t find what you’re searching for, please contact us and we’ll work with you to achieve your goals. Mattgraphy offers a money-back guarantee on all refundable jobs if you aren’t satisfied with the designs you receive.

How many different designs will receive?

Depending on the scale of your project and your budget, the number of designs you receive will vary. You can expect dozens of designs to choose from if your brief is clear and your budget is acceptable.

What happens once I select a winning design?

You’ll be able to get the source files once you’ve chosen the winning design. Before accepting payment to your designer, you can inspect the designs and suggest any final adjustments.

How long does it take?

You can set a deadline for your project of 2, 5, or 10 days. You should anticipate to receive your first designs within 48 hours of submitting your project, and you will continue to receive designs until the deadline.

Can I get revisions to the designs I receive?
